We have many customers far beyond a size 40G. But unfortunately, not everyone's skin can tolerate the weight of larger breasts being lifted by the Brassybra. With larger breasts, there's more potential for skin irritation, and even (in rare cases) skin injury, especially if wear time/removal instructions are not followed. 

With that said, Brassybra is strong enough to hold larger breasts, but it's a question of whether your skin can tolerate it. We do not recommend usage with very sensitive skin. Always use the test strip before purchasing and remove immediately if you feel itching or pulling sensations in your skin.
